The (Language And Behavior) LAB Profile was developed by me, Rodger Bailey, starting in the late 1970’s. Throughout the 1980’s I have added multiple new patterns and concepts to the LAB Profile.
There are multiple people all over the world who are teaching and working with the LAB Profile, but there are many different versions being used by them. One of the reasons I’m publishing this site is to establish my current version of the LAB Profile 2.0 as my official version.
I encourage LAB Profile users and trainers to join with me in the bigger conversation of how the LAB Profile has impacted people and organizations around the world.
